In between running around trying to fix stuff in the house I've had News 24 on. A reporter is on a street in Oxford with the floodwaters rising. She describes it as being "a bit like a street party without the bunting" Should I be worried?

Someone challenged her to get the word 'bunting' in that report. Possibly a bored producer. And, anyway, streets in Oxford are always like that - didn't you know?
