Went swimming at the outdoor pool in Covent Garden last night. Very nice but wondering slightly about the hygiene as nerly swallowed what looked a lot like a pigeon feather. Having said that the chance of anything outdoors in London being hygenic is doubtful. The bit of pavement by Ealing Broadway station is now almost entirely covered in those wierd black stains you get around here. Dad (knowing most things) reckons it's dried ketchup and chilli sauce. Which kind of makes sense. I'd take a photo but it's kind of hard to without being run over. Lesson #1 of London - wherever you are, you are IN THE WAY.
Sorry, I'm at it again aren't I? About to have a cup of tea. Will he happy then.
